Mojito · Rum · 12 Mint Leaves · 1/2 Lime · 2 dashes Bitters · Simple Syrup
Place 12 mint leaves and 1/2 lime in glass.
Crush well.
Add 2 dashes of biter and cover lime with syrup and fill with
ice.
Add Rum, top off with club soda.
Stir well.
Garnish with sprigs of mint or lime wheel.
